TRICOLOR

¡Buenos días! Hoy terminamos la semana con una dosis de inspiración mini. Ya sabéis que me atraen especialmente este tipo de apartamentos: pequeños, pero bien distribuidos y con ese algo que hace que los metros cuadrados sean lo de menos. En el caso de hoy, creo que la clave está en la combinación magistral de tres colores: blanco, negro y el toque cálido del color caramelo en la madera y el cuero. A eso añadimos las siempre necesarias plantas salpicadas por todas las estancias, mucha luz y...¿quién recuerda que este piso tiene 45 m2?

Good morning! A dose of Friday mini inspo to end the week. As you know, these kind of apartments particularly catch my eye: little ones, but well distributed and so charming that we definitely forget about square meters. In today's home, I think the key is the master combination of three colours: black, white and the warm touch of a caramel tone given by the wood and leather furniture elements. Just add some plants here and there (always necessary), tons of light and...who cares if this house is just 45 m2?

SMALL AND LOVELY

¡Buenos días! Hoy retomamos la sección espacios pequeños, con un apartamento de tan solo 32 m2 que me ha dejado enamorada.  Es increíble como en tan poco espacio, se cuida hasta el más mínimo detalle y, lejos de resultar "agobiante", se convierte en un lugar, a mi juicio, lleno de encanto y de lo más acogedor. Vamos, que yo sin dudarlo me mudaría allí hoy mismo a hacer mi proyecto fin de máster ;) (aunque, por razones prácticas, cambiaría el diván por un sofá cama...)

En fin, os dejo con las imágenes para que juzguéis vosotros mismos y, para no perder las buenas costumbres, os he dibujado un plano que encontraréis al final del post, donde veréis lo increíblemente bien aprovechado que está el espacio.

Good morning! Today, I want to take up our little nice spaces section, showing you a 32m2 apartment which has completely taken my heart. It's amazing how, in such a small space, each detail is perfectly thought. I don't feel it as an oppresive place, on the contrary, for me it's really warming and full of charm. To sum up, I would move there tomorrow without doubts, while making my final Master project ;)(maybe changing the couch for a sofa-bed...)

So, I'll let you judge by yourselves, here are the images and a little plan I drew for you, just in order to see how it has been made the most out of these few square meters.

BRIGHTEN IT UP

¡Buenos días de viernes! Hoy, os traigo una nueva sección en el blog, en la que veremos el antes y el después de espacios que han sido sometidos a un lavado de cara, con un resultado espectacular. Para empezar, quiero enseñaros lo que hizo mi adorada Sarah Sherman Samuel con el salón de Eden Passante, la chica detrás de Sugar and Charm. Fijaos cómo una estancia un tanto anodina, con un buen espacio de base pero carente de fuerza, puede convertirse un lugar tan luminoso y acogedor como el que veis en las fotos. ¡Y sin obras!

Ha conseguido ese punto rural jugando con las texturas naturales de la madera y la rafia, aderezado con el toque cozy de los cojines de lino, el pelo o la preciosa alfombra. Me encanta el estallido de amarillo en medio de una gama neutra, que llena el salón de vida; y para rematarlo, las pinceladas de negro le dan el toque sofisticado.

¿Qué os parece? ¿Os gustaría que hubiera más posts del tipo antes y después?

Happy Friday morning! Today, I'm starting a new section at the blog, where we will go through spaces which have been renovated, with stunning results. So, the first one is the amazing styling my beloved Sarah Sherman Samuel made in Eden Passante', living room (the girl behind Sugar and Charm). Just look at how a boring room,  is turned into such a glowing and warm place. And the most importatn thing: without construction works!

She gets a cozy rural ambient thanks to natural textures such as wood and raffia, helped by the linen cushions, fur ant that wonderful rug. I love that pop of yellow among a neutral palette, filling with life the room; and, to finish with, some black strokes put a sophisticated touch.

¡Hola a todos! Retomamos la serie de espacios pequeños con un mini apartamento que me ha encantado por su colorido. La mezcla de elementos aparentemente ecléctica pero con gran armonía (me encanta la combinación en las sillas del comedor) y la luz que entra a raudales consiguen que nos olvidemos de los escasos 38 m2 con los que cuenta la vivienda. ¿Qué opináis? ¿Creéis que se le puede sacar partido a espacios tan reducidos?

Hi guys! We keep on with our little spaces section talking about this mini apartment whose colorful atmosphere has truly caught my eye. The mix of elements, apparently eclectic but with a great harmony; together with tons of light bathing the whole house make us forget that it barely has 38 m2 (you can see the plan at the end). INDUSTRIAL LOFT

¡Buenos días chicos! Hoy aparcamos un poco la estética escandinava que tanto nos gusta, para enseñaros un loft menos "blanco" y quizá algo más masculino. Las infografías son obra de INT2 Architecture, un estudio que ya es todo un referente en la visualización arquitectónica de apartamentos. Para recrear el aire vintage, las texturas están muy trabajadas, y se consigue un gran hiperrealismo en las sillas desconchadas o el ladrillo pintado de azul tinta. Elementos como la gran lámpara de comedor o la alfombra crean un gran contraste con el tono industrial general, aunque si me dan a elegir, sin dudarlo me quedo con el baño. Los azulejos son una maravilla, y el lavabo-Singer es ¡tan bonito! Además, creo que es en el baño donde se ha logrado un mayor nivel de hiperrealismo en las imágenes.

Good morning! For today, we will put the always loved Scandinavian aesthetic aside, to show you this loft, which is less "white" and a little more masculine. The renderings were made by INT2 Architecture, who have become a reference point in apartments architectural visualization. To recreate the vintage atmosphere, textures are really well crafted, getting a great hiperrealism in the rusted chairs or the blue painted brick walls. Some elements such as the statement lamp or the carpet make a great contrast with the general industrial atmosphere; but, if I had to, I would undoubtedly choose the bathroom. Those floor tiles are simply gorgeous, and the Singer-sink is to die for. Furthermore, I think it's in the bathroom CG images where they have achieved the highest level of hiperrealism.
