WOODEN WALL

¡Buenos días chicos! ¡Por fin viernes! El apartamento que os enseño hoy me tiene totalmente enamorada. Un ambiente blanco, luminoso con toques de negro y unas molduras maravillosas (ya sabéis que soy muy fan de las molduras). Pero sin duda, la estrella es esa increíble pared de madera en el dormitorio, que preside todo el piso. Con una pared así, ¿quién quiere un cabecero? ;) No se me ocurre uno mejor que ese revestimiento de paneles de madera, que le aporta el toque de calidez a toda la vivienda. Como detalle final, me encantan las pinceladas de mint en las sábanas, alfombras y cojines, creo que terminan de crear una atmósfera de lo más suave y serena. ¡Espero que os guste tanto como a mí!

Good morning folks! Thanks God it's Friday! Today's apartment has totally caught my heart. A white and light-filled environment, with some touches of black and those gorgeous mouldings (did I ever told you I'm a great fan of mouldings?). But, undoubtedly, the star is that amazing wooden wall in the bedroom, which dominates the whole house. With such a beautiful wall, who cares about headboards? ;) I can't think of a better one than that wood paneled facing, which gives a warm touch to the apartment. As a final detail, I love the mint brush strokes here and there with sheets, rugs or cushions, I think they create a soft and quiet atmosphere with the rest of the elements. Hope you like it as much as I do!

GLASS

¡Buenos días chicos! Hoy seguimos hablando de visualización arquitectónica en línea industrial, aunque estas imágenes recrean un ambiente algo más lujoso. La escena que os enseño transmite una sensación de calma  y tranquilidad que en gran parte se debe a la fantástica iluminación que se ha conseguido, intensa pero sin ser deslumbrante.

Por otra parte, está llena de detalles que le dan un gran hiperrealismo: las bolsas de papel kraft con sus características arrugas, las verduras sobre la tabla de cortar, los servilleteros...pero lo que más me llama la atención es cómo se han representado los distintos tipos de cristal. La creación de este material en 3d no es nada sencilla, y más aún cuando se disponen cristales de distintas clases tan cerca en la imagen. Sin embargo, es increíble cómo las copas se perciben como un cristal más fino; mientras que los botes de cereales parecen visiblemente más gruesos y con el clásico destello verde en la zona de la tapa. El cristal de las botellas de vino se diferencia perfectamente del de la botella de aceite, y así podríamos seguir con las lámparas, los ventanales empañados...

Good morning people!Today, we keep talking about architectural visualization in an industrial style, but these images have sort of a more luxurious touch. The scene gives a calm and quiet feeling which, in large part, is due to the gorgeous light the author has put on it. It is strong yet not blinding.

Anyway, it is full of details which get a great hiperrealism: paper bags (wrinkles included), vegetables on the table, napking holders, etc. But what most catches my attention is how the different types of glass are represented. Creating this 3d material is a difficult task, moreover, when there are different kinds of glasses so near in the scene. However, it's amazing how glasses feel much more fine, whereas the cereal jars look like a thicker material, depicting a green hint in the cover zone. Wine bottles are perfectly distinguished from the oil one; and we could keep on talking about the light bulbs, misty windows, etc.

RUSTIC CORNERS

¡Hola chicos! Esto es lo que yo llamaría un apartamento escandinavo "de libro": base en blanco y gris, únicamente roto por el tono natural de la madera y el toque verde de algunas plantas aquí y allá. Sin embargo, lo que realmente me ha conquistado son los pequeños rincones rústicos insertados en la cocina y la zona de estudio del salón. Esas mesas vintage de madera desgastada, cuyo tono oscuro nada tiene que ver con la suavidad del parqué, son para mí el toque perfecto en un entorno tan sobrio.

Por otra parte, ya os he hablado alguna vez de mi gusto por suprimir los cabeceros y otras disposiciones típicas de una cama, y con esto me refiero a mesillas de noche, o incluso al simple hecho de "pegar" la zona del cabecero a una pared. Creo que este modo de disponerla como si fuese una pieza de mobiliario más consigue darle más vida a una habitación no demasiado espaciosa, como es este caso. ¡Espero que os guste!

Hi folks! This is what I would call a "typical" Scandinavian apartment: a white and gray base, just broken by the natural color of wood, and a green touch with some plants here and there. But, what really caught my eye were the little rustic corners in the kitchen and the office placed in the living room. Those aged timber tables, with a dark tone that clearly contrasts with the soft floors' one, makes for me the perfect balance point for such a sober environment.

On the other hand, I have told you about my obsession about getting rid of headboards and other typical dispositions concerning to beds. With this, I mean bedside tables, or just the fact of putting the bed head zone against a wall. I think this way of placing it, just like any other piece of furniture, makes a small bedroom like this much more lively. Hope you like it!

INDUSTRIAL LOFT

¡Buenos días chicos! Hoy aparcamos un poco la estética escandinava que tanto nos gusta, para enseñaros un loft menos "blanco" y quizá algo más masculino. Las infografías son obra de INT2 Architecture, un estudio que ya es todo un referente en la visualización arquitectónica de apartamentos. Para recrear el aire vintage, las texturas están muy trabajadas, y se consigue un gran hiperrealismo en las sillas desconchadas o el ladrillo pintado de azul tinta. Elementos como la gran lámpara de comedor o la alfombra crean un gran contraste con el tono industrial general, aunque si me dan a elegir, sin dudarlo me quedo con el baño. Los azulejos son una maravilla, y el lavabo-Singer es ¡tan bonito! Además, creo que es en el baño donde se ha logrado un mayor nivel de hiperrealismo en las imágenes.

Good morning! For today, we will put the always loved Scandinavian aesthetic aside, to show you this loft, which is less "white" and a little more masculine. The renderings were made by INT2 Architecture, who have become a reference point in apartments architectural visualization. To recreate the vintage atmosphere, textures are really well crafted, getting a great hiperrealism in the rusted chairs or the blue painted brick walls. Some elements such as the statement lamp or the carpet make a great contrast with the general industrial atmosphere; but, if I had to, I would undoubtedly choose the bathroom. Those floor tiles are simply gorgeous, and the Singer-sink is to die for. Furthermore, I think it's in the bathroom CG images where they have achieved the highest level of hiperrealism.

WINDOW GLORY

¡Buenos días chicos! Hoy continuamos con la serie de pisos pequeños que comenzamos la semana pasada. Este en concreto me ha llamado la atención, no solo por su tamaño (34 m2), sino porque ¡es prácticamente un pasillo! Si ya es complejo distribuir una vivienda en una superficie tan pequeña, ya ni os cuento si la planta es alargada. Y en la que os enseño hoy se ha conseguido de forma magistral: un espacio que no genera sensación de estrechez y que gracias al gesto de "encajonar" la cama al fondo, libera el resto de la superficie para las zonas de día. Claro que, esos maravillosos ventanales también ayudan un poco ;)

Morning people! Today, we continue with the series about little flats I started last week. The one I chose for today not only caught my eye because of its size (just 34 m2), but also because it is nearly a corridor! It's really difficult to distribute a home in such a little surface, but it becomes an almost impossible task if its shape is so lengthened. In this one, the result is amazing: a space with no narrowness feeling at all. By placing the bed at the bottom corner, all the rest of the surface is freed up for the day-area of the house. But, of course, those wonderful large windows help a little bit ;).
